我係一個註冊社工，擁有差不多10年臨床輔導經驗，專門係做家庭治療。我擁有社工學士學位以及家庭輔導碩士學位，善長以家庭治療方式去處理與家人或伴侶之間出現既衝突及磨擦。

我嘅輔導風格比較溫和、真誠同有彈性。我重視建立一個安全、被理解同唔受批判嘅空間，陪你慢慢整理情緒、想法同關係入面嘅困擾。我會細心聆聽，亦會適時提出問題、分享觀察，同你一齊探索事情背後嘅模式。我唔會急住俾答案，而係尊重你嘅步伐，協助你更了解自己，搵到適合自己嘅方向同選擇。
