關於這份評估

PHQ-9(Patient Health Questionnaire-9)是一份在世界各地廣泛使用的抑鬱篩查問卷。這份九條題目的評估涵蓋了抑鬱常見的核心經歷,最初是為家庭醫生而設,但現時已獲很多專業人士使用,或者是直接讓公眾自我評估。香港中文大學團隊於 2012 年驗證了本地的中文版,適用於香港一般人口。很多時候,我們知道自己最近「不太對勁」,卻未必知道這算不算需要留意。PHQ-9 不會替你下診斷,但可以把一些模糊的感受整理成較清楚的線索,讓你知道自己此時此刻的感覺為何。

它會了解你的什麼?

問卷將會回顧過去兩星期九種常見的抑鬱相關經驗,包括興趣、情緒、睡眠、精力、食慾、自我評價、專注力、動作或說話速度的改變,以及與傷害自己有關的念頭。分數反映的是你最近承受這些經驗的程度,因此並不反映你的性格,也需要知道抑鬱並不是一個固定不變的狀態。

  • 你最近覺得自己面對更多負面情緒,卻說不清楚發生了什麼
  • 身邊的人察覺到你最近比較低落或提不起勁,而你自己也有點在意
  • 你想在找輔導員傾談之前,先整理一下自己最近的狀態

這份評估的結果準確嗎?
以 10 分為參考分界時,PHQ-9 對抑鬱症的敏感度及特異度均約為 88%,是研究相當充分的篩查工具。不過,篩查始終不等於診斷。分數較高,只表示目前的狀態值得再了解多一點。
與臨床評估有什麼分別?
臨床評估會把你的生活處境、病史、持續時間、日常影響和其他可能成因一起考慮。PHQ-9 可以提供一個起點,但不會取代專業人士與你完整地了解正在發生的事。
